I have read the reviews and are very confused because if a year ago no one was answering the phone and the place wasn't clean why hasn't any of that changed?

With new management and staff, Autumn Grace has improved greatly. Having a new activities director who has things planned every day for these residents has been amazing and you would be surprised to know and see the difference activities does to these amazing people. All in all, I am very pleased with out things are turning around here with new management. Both the residents AND staff are happy!

Had a family member here as a resident and no one would answer the phone when trying to call her. No nurses on staff after 4 pm. The previous mentioned family member who has Alzheimer's was left to use the bathroom with no assistance and was hospitalized for pneumonia and a bladder infection that went ignored by the staff after they deemed it was just a cold. Save your family members lives and avoid this place at all costs.

I visit my mother at Autumn Grace 2-3 times throughout each week. I have observed Leads, Aides & Nurses. I have great appreciation & thanks for their acts of kindness and caring. To me, these people are the face of Autumn Grace. However, I have noticed a degradation of services provided especially in the last few months. I have observed a lack of staffing in the evenings, the cleanliness of the building my mother lives, the quality of food and the arrangement of Activities to engage residents, have all deteriorated. I would like the residents to be the priority and wonder why contingencies are not in place so that residents should never be subjected to sub-standard services and families should feel confident in their well-being.
