If I could I would rate this awesome memory care community with 10 stars!! LOVE and COMPASSION there is so amazing!! The staff make you feel like one of their family members!! I have been to hundreds of these places and this one is my favorite to entertain at!! Keep up the great work my friends!

ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLDYes, the place is beautiful. Yes the food is gourmet. But this is about finding safe and supportive space for your loved one. Communication skills are lacking, organization is terrible, staff members are constantly changing, and consistent answers from management are hard to find.I encourage you to speak with former The Moments clients, other familes (and not just the ones that The Moments sets you up with), and others in the senior living community that know about how this place works. Find people who have more than six months of experience with this place. If you can't, that's important to note. If you can, what do they say? My experience is that I was promised the moon upon move-in with little to no follow up. Getting in touch with Robyn was difficult, and when I did she often made things sound wonderful with little change afterward. Staff has turned over consistently and folks are too harried to give big decisions proper thought. Please, please don't be seduced by the superficial beauty. ASK FOR SPECIFICS! The Moments lacks the organization and thoughtfulness they present to you in the sales process. I don't want you to experience what I did: know that it's a show.If I could give The Moments a half star I would.

My dear friend, Helen, just moved in.I have been praying for her and her family.Helen fits right in, the people on staff areWonderful, caring and helpful. Theres a Bistro with a chef to make them all threeMeals each day! This is A million times more beautiful than her Old condo community in which I still live!Its bright, airy and has wide open spaces.Each room looks like a cottage on the outsideWith a large decorative old fashioned mailbox!The bathroom is HUGE and the shower hasA large bench in it, its huge as well!She has her own frig, sink and cupboards!Large stuffed lions and dolphin, a realistic catToy who purrs on a counter and nursing staffIs everywhere 23/7.She has access to the outside patioOr the lovely verandas on the inside!A large area where family could cook for herA large tv screen with piano music softlyPlaying in the background as well asA large grand piano someone would loveTo play.I am so thankful and praise God for howHes worked through the builder to comeUp with a delightful care center that doesntLook or feel like a care center.It feels like home!
