Sounds like this place needs to get investigated for neglect and abuse.

I am not going to give this place any stars. very unprofessional from management to staff. Always under staff. Staff do not like to help each other therefore residents go hours waiting to be changed or any help. residents have to wait for lights to be answered due to staff hiding, on the phone or gossiping or out smoking. I wouldn't recommend anybody to work or put their loved one in this location at all. apparently i have to click a star to post. very disappointed in this place and how it is run but i guess its what you get when you have unprofessional running it and click.

I have had the privilege of working with the director and nursing staff at Woodlyn Heights and can attest to the great care the team has for their patients and residents in their charge.

Certain to get my husband, 63 year old Vet out ASAP. Would never want any one I love or know to be subject to the Staff or so called cares. This place has a very low star rating for big reasons.

If you have to leave a loved one in this facility watch over them very intensely!! Pain meds are not given on time, physical therapy is pushy and unprofessional (uncaring of Resident's pain level). Lack of attention to get timely pain meds are delayed causing more discomfort.
