Oak Terrace Health Care Center in Gaylord is an amazing, safe and comfortable setting for your loved ones. It is family owned with a staff (and owners) who let you know they care.

My mom recently started working at the assisted living end of this place. When the DON went to test her out she didn't even finish watching her. She told her she could possibly have more training for what she needed to be corrected on. The DON said she was gonna call the people who trained her and after she did that she called my mom and left her a voicemail saying that she couldnt have someone working there who doesnt understand infection control all from one simple mistake. Now thanks to her my mother no longer wants to do the job she has loved to do.
