When my parents first moved in, everything appeared to be fine. The unit was clean, freshly painted, etc. The nurses seemed to be very nice. However, as time passed the Director of Nursing Diane changed considerably. My parents were forced to move with less than 30 days notice. Diane lacks compassion, empathy and we were disappointed in the overall appearance of the apartment. The 'cleaner' does not do a good job, the carpeting has never been cleaned. If your loved ones have any sort of brain dysfunction, like Alzheimers, Parkinsons, or dementia, look elsewhere! Mill Street can not handle long term brain dysfunctions.
