I have worked with Mary Larson and the team at Goldfinch Estates regarding resident housing needs/referrals between our Communities. Mary is extremely passionate about her role at Goldfinch Estates and leads with a compassionate (and professional) heart. They are always working to ensure the safety and well-being of their residents. It is a true pleasure to work with Mary and I would highly recommend Goldfinch Estates to those in need of their services.

If I could give Goldfinch 0 stars, I would. They are downright stealing money from residents. How can you expect residents to go from paying $200 per month for a service to $1475 per month for the same service and not notify them of the exact dollar amount changing until they get their bill? These people are on fixed incomes and cannot make up a 700% increase in 1 months' time. Upper management are liars and deceitful. If you are looking for a place for your family member to stay, do NOT even consider contacting this facility unless you plan to spend thousands upon thousands each month. This place cares nothing about their residents; they only want to make money from the vulnerable elderly. I, along with many other residents of Fairmont, are disgusted and do not know how you sleep at night.
