Our father was here in memory care in the last half of 2017. We had an excellent experience with staff, management and all concerned. There was a caring attitude and many of the staff actually attended his funeral due to the bonds they had built. This was after moving him from the Waters in Plymouth where the experience was not good at all.

We had a family member with Alzheimers at Yorshire for almost a year and it was disappointment after disappointment. Medications were administered incorrectly. Expired medication was given for lengthy periods of time. Some medications we're giving at double doses. Nursing staff didn't know what 'sublingual' meant. Staff were rude and inappropriate directly to our family member staying there. Originally we were told there would be activities to keep residents entertained and that didn't turn out to be true. There's more- I could go on. Do not send your loved ones to Yorkshire.
