The Waters of Eden Prairie team has been pivotal in the success of this community. As a new teammate I was thoroughly impressed with the tenure of the staff and their commitment to the lives of the residents. From the Environmental Services Manager to the TMAs/CNAs to the Culinary team, I have not seen such love for Seniors in a long time. If your looking for a place to work with Seniors and want to work with a team that genuinely cares, make The Waters of Eden Prairie your second home:)

I was appalled at the care my family member received.She was injured several times during transfers at night with no notification or explanation. She was also treated terribly by some staff. Makes me incredibly sad they would keep staff who are so neglectful and abusive after they were reported. They chose to just not have them work with her. There were a few good aides and kitchen staff were extremely kind and helpful.I write this as a warning to others. It was not possible to give less than one star.

My mother-in-law has lived there for over two years now and just loves it. She tells me about all the fun events and outings that they do. She has made some really nice friends. Two of her favorite things about The Colony (I guess it is now called The Waters of Eden Prairie) are the staff and the food. She is constantly inviting us for meals and we love visiting. It really is like going to a restaurant and not an assisted living. Thank you for taking such great care of our family.
