Mount Royal Pines III — Assisted Living

I worked in the dining service as my first job starting in 2013-2014 and over years Ive watched the quality of how the business is run decline to a disappointing level. While it may not effect the residents, it would directly effect anyone who chooses to work there. The owner has shown that she does not care about her workers, their wages, how the business is run, who has to work and shes even gone as far to completely shun and belittle someone as they tried to leave the job for a better opportunity. Not to mention she is gone more and more frequently for expensive out of state vacations but her employees dont make anywhere close to a livable wage. I used to love this place. But now seeing the lack of care and effort I think the Mount Royal Pines Assisted Living should seek a new catering service that provides fair employment and wages under a managers that cares about how a real business is run.

They took care of my great grandmother for a long time. It gave her the independence she wanted with the safety net we wanted. A fantastic place.

My mother-in-law lives there now and they are fantastic
