The billing office and management is poor. If you choose to live at Twin Rivers or have your parents their, monitor the statements carefully and protect your parent when they are signing things so they do not get taken advantage of. Mistakes and overbilling happened several times. Including being billed for time that my parent was not even there. Did not appreciate being treated like we were the ones in error when we are the customers and Oxford Management made the mistakes. People do not return phone calls. Would never go back or have a parent live there.

I normally do not write reviews, but feel the need to make sure anyone questioning the cares know these guys know what they are doing. My aunt lived here and the entire team was superb. The girls in memory unit were caring and knowledgeable about her. They even were involved with the care conferences. It was comforting knowing that she didnt have to go to a nursing home when it got close to the end. The hospice agency and Twin Rivers made sure we didnt have to worry about anything. Every single person that works there deserves more than ten stars. Thank you for everything you did!

Always short staff. They don't pay for pick up pay. They refuse to let staff to do cares on residents unless they pay for it.. they just want your money even if it's only to help a resident to put their socks and shoes on..
