My Father and I would like to comment on the Great care that our loved one received while staying at The Braeburn location in Edina. Our dear Gloria became very ill unexpectedly and we were fortunate to find an opening at Geneva Suites. The staff greeted us everyday with kindness and great concern for Gloria's comfort. The home was beautiful, clean and the meals were over the top! Gloria was very comfortable and developed friendships with the women there and with all the aids. As tough as it was to see her under these conditions it was incredibly comforting to see the care she received.With gratitude, Vern and Ray Bissonette

My mom was well taken care of for 3 1/2 years at their Bloomington location. She had a beautiful room with private bath. We always observed an attentive staff with proper staff-to-resident ratio that provided loving 24 hour care. My mom looked forward each day to the Chef prepared meals. The ones I had the opportunity to try were excellent. Facility was well maintained and always clean.

Care partners/aides care was excellent. Couldn't be better. You do not have to be concerned about lack of care or abuse. individualized care. My concerns were with the very poor communication. I was not informed of overnight staff being cut down to 1 person which would be a problem if there was a fire or if a patient needed a 2 person transfer. A nurse gave me information on the wrong patient. I was not informed of dental services no longer being provided and when the physician services were changing to a new provider. There was never any reply from owner when I tried to contact her via mail, email and phone. Another family had the same issue. I never received a condolence call or card when my brother passed.
