Lodge of Burnsville

I moved to here in March 2018. The home is a mess to say the least because of the Poor's management I have ever seen. The Staff is disrespected and taken advantage of at every turn by management and clients. A assisted living facility with 14 clients and 2 to 3 staff to run between two floors. There nurses are lazy and arrogant or completely incompetent. I am not saying that there was not amazing nurses. But when a nurse accuses a quadriplegic of throwing a shoe at another resident it time for her to go. My biggest concern is the secrets about theft and honesty by management. I can not with a clean conscious allow people with care needs to be taken advantage of or be meal tickets at there expense. With three new hires leaving after there first shift. So I moved to a new place the manager does not forward my daily medication schedule or list. The were professional enough to send medication and list of meds that were supposed to be ended on may 2018. So are they disposed of months ago. To not send care instructions to my place is criminal and extremely dangerous. There will never be any good out of putting your loved one here!
