My mother lived in memory care at Arbor Lane for several years, and it was such a joy to see her so happy. She was an artist and the art and music programs they have provided her the opportunity to continue with that, and she loved it! Also, the staff and residents loved her and she loved them. I visited her often and was always convinced that choosing Arbor Lane to be her home was the best decision we as a family could have made. I highly recommend it!

My 104 year mom has been a resident at Arbor Lane for 4 years. I cannot ask for any more kind and thoughtful staff. They are attentive to her needs and wishes. If she does not want to get dress on occasion at 104, they will put on a sweater or a button down the front sweatshirt etc to make sure she is warm and allow her to make that decision for that day. I appreciate that so much. In the past she has enjoyed all the activities that they offer. She now has very few teeth and they offer her soup everyday which she likes a lot. So again, that is just one way they are aware of her needs and take such good care of her. A big THANK YOU goes out to all the staff. From the caring floor staff to also the administration staff.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Arbor Lane. I called them on a Wednesday morning in desperate need of a memory care apartment for my aunt after her husband, and primary caregiver, was admitted to the hospital. When all other locations I spoke to told me that they would need a minimum of 48 hours to admit a new resident, Arbor Lane was able to admit my aunt that same day! In fact, they welcomed her home to a furnished apartment in just a little over 3 hours! Not only did they make it possible to admit her the same day, but when we told them we didn't know how we were going to find furnishings and movers on such short notice - they told us not to worry as they had furnishings they could loan to her until we had time to settle her affairs! I honestly don't know what we would have done without their hospitality and kindness. Two weeks later, my aunt is doing extremely well at Arbor Lane. She's eating three nutritious meals every day, gets to the onsite hair salon once a week, sees the in-house physician and physical therapist, chats regularly with the Chaplain, has routine visits from volunteers (including the 4-legged kind which she loves) and gets to interact with babies and toddlers who attend the campus day care - all of these activities were either nonexistent when she lived in her own home or at the very least were incredibly difficult to accomplish. From my aunt and our entire family - a thousand Thank-Yous to the kind, dedicated and accommodating staff at Arbor Lane.
