They do not file their employees tax returns correctly with the federal goverment. They pay poorly and also cheat employees and clients on proper housing and adquet staffing.

Understaffed. No training. Complained of one house were I felt like I was being set up. I resigned and as I told them I was not trained properly and I had told them I felt like I was being set up by one of the house managers and nothing was going to get done about it I was told I set up the wrong meds but it was so easy to switch Med bars. I was told that they just hand out meds without watching the clients take them so they take them into their own Apartments they're not supervised if they take their meds or not and clients have said they had extra meds and then I found out that they have extra meds so of course they can come up and say there's too many meds or two less meds but nothing was going to get investigated.

Wouldnt recommend . Id say look elsewhere, better jobs and better places out there.

Roger and his team are working hard to deliver badly needed assisted living services for the mentally ill. The team has very dedicated and passionate professionals that genuinely care for their residents' well-being.
