Poor management, the 9 years my family member was there they had three consistent staff otherwise they have a high turn over rate for aides and management. The aides and RNs have poor attitudes and very lazy when family ask them to do something for the resident, they use their phones a lot FOR PERSONAL, not for work (for hippa reasons they should NEVER be charting confidential things with personal devices). When there visiting my family other residents would complain to my family and I about the poor care they were receiving. Its verh unfortunate that they have poor staff because they have a beautiful facility, however the beautiful facility does not even come close to making up for the poor staff.

The review the CEO wrote is a blatant and utter lie. She was never there when I was employed by the company. She doesn't write monthly letters. The RN Karole will not say anything about an employee's job performance until mysteriously they are due to receive employee benefits.

Our staff use tablets to chart and at times their phones. We expect professionalism from all three shifts and work hard to retrain and teach at all times. I write a newsletter to the employees monthly and send to their homes offering feedback received. If ever there is something specific please contact the RN DIrector immediately or Director of Operations if items are not resolved. We have phenomenal long term staff at Baxter and every time I visit I have several residents who make a point of telling me thank you for the amazing staff. I, too have had family members in this community and while we are not perfect we seek to improve at all times. Sometimes turnover is because students graduate as I did. I was an aide through high school and college. Other times we decide it is not a great fit and we seek to find the right one. However, our turnover continues to trend far below the state and national averages.

Very unprofessional. Employees attitudes was noticable by everyone who was there. Phone usage was high, and a lot of them didn't pay attention to residents!
