I worked on the assistant living side for over a year as a CNA. I can honestly say they have the worst management I have experienced. They are constantly understaffed because the truth is... they just dont pay there workers. Mother of Mercy is the lowest paying facility in the area. Even with my CNA license my wage was 12.25. That is simply not enough for living costs. Food for though: kwik trip starts people off at 13.50 an hour with raises coming in every so often up until 15.00 an hour. The starting wage at mother of Mercy Is 12.00. If you have your CNA license, they raise your wage a QUARTER. In the end I feel they dont care about there employees and have a terrible turn over rate.
