I would not send one person's there they have no compassion for the patience at all

Worked for them when still bortz health care.. they had the same issues now, hense why they were sold out.. i seen many illegal things go on, like the abuse, under care for residence needs, call lights on for hours... elders yelling help on toilets left there.. several times activity staff with no cna, nursing, or proper trainer are helping lift patience illegally bc they are understaffed and or have the most, ignorant/ unprofessional ratchet staff that dont care... they weed out the good employees and ones that will stand up to them.. and try to hide reports, falls, and feeding inappropriately for residence needs, i.e. too thick/ wrong consistency, ignoring diet needs, etc. I still have a couple associates there employeed and tell me all.the time how bad the service has became even now.. which is crazy to think it could get any worst.. i always felt so bad for my residence and made sure i gave them whatever they needed and spent a lot of time trying to accomedate for the bad care.. they get sad, lonely, and depressed... i always reasured them it was not their fault... some wanted to die bc they hated the care teams.. its sad. So as an ex employee, DO NOT SEND FAMILY HERE!!! WARNING.. BIG WARNING!!

If you're paying for care, you should receive your care! My family member is ALWAYS in bed, room is never clean, the lavatory is never clean, her personal belongings are always missing, when family comes by she's very hungry...And they are way understaffed. The quality staff they occasionally hire never stay. If my family didn't visit daily, no telling what would happen. Unfortunately she needs round-the-clock care that my family can't provide her!

Not all, but many of the CNAs my mother has are rude and cold towards her. They act like doing basic things for her (like closing/opening her window) are some hard task and complain about doing it for her. Shes had a couple CNAs yell in her face and when she reports them they lie about it. When the supervisors say they are going to help or make things better, things still dont change. Overall Im very disappointed in this facility.
