MediLodge of Yale has a great and caring staff that really care about their patients from the Administration, Social Workers, office staff, RN's, CNA's, maintenance, and housekeeping. They all treat the residents with dignity and compassion. The nursing staff is trained well and able to handle many issues right within the building. It is a clean, neat and cheerful place to be. It has a super activities department. The dining room and kitchen staff is so great with the patients as well. We appreciate how everyone treats us as guardian/conversator and always takes our calls and concerns with compassion and professionalism. Thank you..

I work at Medilodge of Yale it is a very great place to work. I have had family members that has came here for rehab. I worked here for 18years and left for 3 now I have return because I feel Medilodge of Yale is a great facility and everyone here has a big heart. We are all family and if you place your family member here they would be come part of our family.

We had been working with another facility that totally dropped the ball on us and left us without care for my stepfather who has dementia and my mother who had a stroke. Through a connection we were hooked up with Betty at MediLodge and she worked her magic overnight and helped us get in the facility right away she is a godsend! They have been here now for a couple of months and I can tell you without question that they have the best care that anyone could ask for. I have never seen such personal attention and concern for their welfare. I hope they are still around when I need help! Thank you so much MediLodge of Yale (and Betty)!!!
