A friend of mine takes care of an elderly woman with the onset of dementia. She was there tonight and this was dinner. Check out the pathetic salad! If they do not want that they can get a grilled cheese but thats it. Not only is this not healthy nobody really would want to eat this. I will be making phone calls on Monday Im tired of these homes treating the elderly and disabled as if their worth is so little. They wouldnt eat this!

The staff, as well as the management at Waldon Woods is very caring. They also treat family in a kind and professional manner. The activities director is great at planning on-site activities, as well as activities to various locations - lunches out, shopping, etc. , to nice and good places! The beauty salon is on-site and the stylist provides a wonderful, warm environment. There are delicious monthly family dinners with entertainment following dinner. Waldon Woods provides great food. As a visitor, my husband and I have never been disappointment in a meal. The laundry is done regularly, folded and put away by staff. They have a well-organized medication system that they stay right on top of. If we didn't feel Waldon Woods was the right place for our loved one, we wouldn't have had our loved one stay here like we have for the past 7 years.Julie

The staff at Waldon Woods is fantastic. They care deeply about the residents. The community is clean, friendly and offers a number of activities daily. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an Independent Living community.
