Good God I wish I could rate zero stars, worked at this facility for a little over a week the residents are sweet but the care they receive is absolutely DISGUSTING the uncertified aides are very very very verbally abusive and this place is infested with bed bugs they don't tell the residents that though...

The only reason they got one star, is because you have to put something on here in order to comment. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! They don't care about the residents AT ALL!!!

The Worse and Unprofessional place I ever worked in my life The girls that work there are not certified To be given shots an Passing out medication They leave the patients and dirty diapers all day when they pull up they emergency cord they leave them there for hours dont bathe them Wanda And HEATHER are very ghetto And unprofessional all of the rooms smell like urine The hole fourth floor has bedbugs I was fired just for telling them that they need to get an exterminator Because I was bitten if you really love your love ones do not send them to this place worst assistant living in Westland they cursed out and hit the patients its sad they put on a show just for you to sign the paperwork to enroll your family there but really its a horrible place smh
