Ive heard some horror stories about this place. So, i would advise putting your loved one somewhere else. This facility doesnt give quality care and if a resident is admitted to the hospital they do not notify the families at all.

My mother died there and just as she died the nurse tells us take her belongings before they walk away. So 5 minutes after seeing my mother take her last breath we were made to pack up her things. Administration and head of anything is a joke! Hmm I wonder why my mom had bruises

My father in law resided in most of the facilities of the Lourdes Senior Community. He was at Fox Manor for close to 3 years, Mendelson Home for 1 1/2 Years, 2 stays at the Rehab and then 9 months at Clausen Manor until his death.Dad loved the activities, outings, and entertainment at Fox Manor and Mendelsome Home!! And he certainly enjoyed his meals. My husband and I are so grateful to ALL the dedicated staff members. They always took such great care of Dad!! During his final days the staff would come into his room to make sure he was comfortable and would tell us something special between him and them. The compassion they showed will never be forgotten!Thank you Lourdes Community for being the best!
