I would just like to Thank Culver Meadows for the care they gave my Father, The patients they had for him was heart felt. My father had Lewy Body Dementia which is a very difficult disease, but they did everything they could to keep him comfortable during his time there. My father has passed now, but he is no longer suffering, he went to be with the Lord.Thank you to the Staff, Owners, Hospice for your guidance, patients and love you showed to a total stranger.I pray someday they find a cure for this disease.Sincerely The Powell Family

Plz choose a nursing home, they know what they are doing, they have nurses working around the clock, as well as CNAS who are trained to assist your loved ones. Becoming a CNA has opened my eyes even more to the horrible treatment of these residence. Their rights are being violated. And so are the employees. Do your research plz. Replying to owners comment, Im a guy, I showed up every day of two weeks, I gave excellent care, you told me I just wasnt a good fit after I reported one of your workers calling me a discriminating slur in front of a hospice residence family. Then you payed me for 3 days of work at 9.45 witch is illegal, might I add the fact that you keep blaming all you bad reviews on me, verry unprofessionally. And you dont just lied about attendance. I didnt call in once.

if you are looking for a kind loving safe home for your loved one , look no further. I have been apart of Culver meadows AFC for years, and it is truly a great place.
