As a geriatric physical therapist in the Traverse City area for almost 20 years, I've worked in every assisted living and memory care facility in our community. For people with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Lewy body dementia, and other forms of cognitive impairment, Arbor House is my first choice. The team at Arbor House has the most experience & wisdom, the highest level of direct resident supervision and does a wonderful job guiding families and residents through difficult journeys. It's a warm and pleasant place to be and to visit. Give Arbor House a call.

I completely and totally recommend Arbor House. They provide a high level of care, support and supervision in a home-like environment. The staff cook the meals on the premises and make special dishes to accommodate the needs and sometimes finicky appetites of the elderly residents. They are very aware of the importance of getting the residents out of their beds and rooms and bringing them to the common areas to socialize. My relative has been here over a year, and it is so sad to see her decline, but I am comforted to know she gets such good care. Cindy and her staff are kind, caring and skilled.
