I have a friend that is supposed to be helping him twice a week. And they aren't fulfilling they're obligation. And even when he don't get help he's a old man that needs it. They are not doing they're jobs and this needs to be looked into and investigated. Because not having the care that is supposed to be there may lead to his death a lot sooner. And I for one am very upset.
