I have Been Employed at Heartland for over 7 years and I wish they would give there part time employees Paid time off for vacations and such , that would be nice , that is something part timers do not get , and they should be treated like Full time Employees with benefits , I do not think its fair that Part time Employees don't get Paid time off , like they should , and this should be looked in toEDIT .... no Response from the Owner ?

Had my father here after he had his stroke and felt the employees really care for his wellbeing. He was in and out a few times before passing away. Now I have to have my mom go there till she can do a lot of things on her own again and feel this will be the best place for her. Would recommend Heartland to anyone that is looking for help rehabilitating anyone.

Heartland is providing excellent care and attention to our mother's care. She is in a state of alzheimers and dementia and sometimes more so than others. The staff, both office and clinical, are very patient and understanding and we feel comfortable leaving her in the care of this skilled facility.
