Ive worked at Cambrian for over 10 Years. I couldnt imagine working for another Senior Living Community. Cambrian is Family Owned and Operated with Hands on Owners. They promote from within and there are so many great opportunities for growth. We are a Positive Approach to Care Community which is a Teepa Snow philosophy and Cambrian has an in house Coach that offers free training. Our Senior Living Community is absolutely stunning, very clean and feels like home. I wouldnt hesitate on my family moving in here or even myself one day for that matter! I cant say enough good things about Cambrian.

This is only for DEB in HR! Who is an extremely rude and disrespectful person. I have worked in nursing for 5 years now and worked privately as well. She tring to be little you and under pay. She tries to make you feel like a criminal when you done nothing wrong and have a clean record! Other staff was friendly and facilities seemed nice and clean this bad review is for DEB only! DEB needs a customer service course which she needs to pass!!! Horrible
