Shorehaven staff members are compassionate and kind to their residents treating them as family members. During Covid 19 the staff responded quickly to ensure the safety of their residents and continue to do so.Knowing how much their many activities mean to the residents they have been creative in promoting bingo, card games etc. in smaller groups at safe distances. They also had a wonderful car parade for Mothers Day where family could decorate their cars to spread cheer and smiles!Shorehaven is a community where seniors are known and have their needs met with genuine consideration. Our Mom has had many social opportunities to meet new friends and is comfortable in her surroundings.

Shorehaven Sterling Heights takes excellent care of my grandmother and puts residents health and safety first. Shorehaven provides residents with a variety of fun and engaging activities and entertainment - my grandmother has never been busier! The staff goes out of their way to provide a true home for their residents - thank you for all you do!

To the staff of ShorehavenThank you from the bottom of my heart! When I decided last June to move my dad Paul in I was nervous, scared and uncertain if I was making the right decision. Well it became very apparent after a short time he was in a quality facility with the best care takers in the business. He truly enjoyed his time there. He made great friends and memories. Thank you to Brian for making sure that all the residents stay safe, and follow the strict guidelines set out. Thank you also to Heather for arranging the ZOOM conferences for which my family will be forever grateful. And a big thank you to all the staff and management that has done so much to care for all the residents, and take the extra precautions to keep them safe - I may not know all of you by name, but you are all very important in my eyes and my family's eyes for making my Mom your priority.
