My siblings and I visited Pine Ridge of Hayes in 2019 to learn about their facility as a potential residency for Dad. Mary welcomed us with smiles and answered all of our many questions. She gave us a tour of their facility and showed us two model units. Mary is so sweet and genuine. We were very impressed, so we asked Dad to meet Mary and also receive a tour. Dad recently became a resident. Since then, I have had the pleasure of meeting the Executive Director, Ann Marie. She is wonderful and has been very accommodating to ensuring Dad is comfortable in his apartment. I also had the pleasure of meeting two housekeepers, Liz and DeDe. Both ladies have great personalities. I know Dad is in great hands at Pine Ridge of Hayes. Each time I visit, I see other residents who look very content. That really makes me happy and confident that we made the correct decision in suggesting Pine Ridge of Hayes to Dad.

Our Mom had visited Pine Ridge of Hayes when she was younger and when the time came to free herself of all those pesky chores of condo living, she was determined to move into the 'homey-ness' of Pine Ridge. It's been a great overall experience for her and for all of us knowing that Mom is so well cared for. The entire staff (very little turnover, by the way) is sweet, loving, patient and engaging. The activities never end, the food is good and the staff is VERY RESPONSIVE to not just my mom (answering her emergency button in the middle of the night when she stumbled or accidentally pushed it in her sleep..!) but also to us, her family, regarding any nuance of modification we request on her behalf. Now when we visit Mom, we get to actually VISIT with her -not just tend to her needs as before. I can't imagine what it takes to run a senior community and keep everyone happy and safe -Pine Ridge nails it.

My sister & I, have visited this community a few times now, in hopes of getting our 93 yr. Old Mom to move there! They have welcomed us with open arms & hugs each time. The employees, and the above staff, (Mary & Ann Marie) go way over & above to accomodate the family who are trying to get a loved one residency there. We've even experienced dinner there! The food was great too! You can actually feel the closeness in that communityStill praying for the time Mom will want to willing move there

I have worked at Pine Ridge of Hayes for almost 7 years. From the moment you walk in our front door, the warmth and kindness of our staff is felt all around you. You are able to acknowledge the fact that our residents feel comfortable in their home and are genuinely happy to be a part of our community. I love that the residents take time out for conversation with the staff as part of their daily routines. Nothing is more heart-warming than seeing new pictures of the grandchildren or hearing about their most recent visit with family.
