We stopped today and renewed our plates. Tarcy took care of us and I can't say enough good things about her. She was pleasant, efficient, and very helpful. She was an example of how all secretary of state offices should be run.

Ms. Allen juggled people and took care of a room full of customers even though the computers were down off and on. Great job! Great employee! They should be as organized through the rest of the state offices.

It is very nice that there is a Secretary of State office here where I live. There are times it gets busy but the employee does a good job with courtesy at all times. I often use the megaoffice in Lansing and often find my questions had not been answered along with long wait times. But here I always have been told what I need to know without much waiting.
