95 years old love one given medications but no! Breakfast. It was after 11:30 and after 2 phone calls and ringing the bell from the room and no one came in so we took breakfast to him which was now lunch time. The phone just rings and rings. I agree this place is not professional at all. Moving love one real soon!!!!OMG and no soap

If you truly love your loved one DO NOT take them here the nursing staff is absolutely horrible.. !!!

The unskilled staff is just that, there are a couple good ones I'm still looking. Food is cold. Don't come here sick or with an IV. And you better have family or a lawyer to complain for you.

I would like to thank the All staff, the therapy team for getting my mom stronger each and every day, the people who helped my mother with her food , housekeeping and maintenance for helping her get her TV channels correct. My mother was there for 2 weeks and has never been in a rehab facility . Everyone made her feel welcome , at home and our family as well. Shes home doing well and none of this could not have happened of it wasnt for her going into a rehab facility like Regency - making her stronger , better and making her smile again Thank you everyone

beautiful facility that opened a few months ago--I have a friend there nowwho is pleased with it--only problem is the parking--I had to park 2 blocksaway--surprised the city would approve this without ample parking....
