Wonderful Place to live. office Staff is very efficient. Never have to call more than once. Maintenance Staff is very polite, always on time and they do excellent work. I could not live at a Better Place. I am on my 5th year and there has never been anything that they did not take care of. If I could, I would give them TEN STARS!

A nice place to live. Convenient to everything I need. My lease now says NO Smoking in any building or apartment. No Recreational Drugs . No One Living With You that is not on your lease. Unfortunately those things are all going on. In December 2015 the man below me moved another man into his apartment which in itself was none of my business. However, right away i started getting nasty odd odors coming up into my apartment. I knew what these odors were from the previous tenant living in that apartment. They even smoke the stuff in bed and i have been breathing in all of it. Nothing was done about it then when we had stuff in several apartments on that same floor. Nothing was done this time when i reported it to management except a phone call to the man who said that no one was living with him and he didn't know where the odors were coming from. I have two reliable witnesses to the odors. The manager has tried to talk me into moving instead of taking care of the problem. I have been here 16 years and am not moving.

What a wonderful place to live. And such a warm staff..even the contractors thay use are very professional..I highly recommend this beautiful community
