NEVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES. THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ON DOWN DONT TALK TO YOU. THEY ALWAYS SHORT STAFF. EMPLOYEES WORKS 4-5+ DOUBLES DUE TO SHORTAGE. DONT TRY TO CALL OFF OR USE PTO YOU CANT. THEY NEVER LET YOU USE PTO. DONT GET SICK. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOU BEING AT WORK NOT THAT YOU ON YOUR DEATH BED. MANGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!!!! DONT EVER WORK HERE OR PUT YOUR LOVE ONES IN HERE!!!!

Had to put my father at Shelby Crossing after being released from hospital for rehab. Then moved him to assisted living wing to continue his PT and OT. The staff, care takers and therapist are the best in the business. Never once did I feel my father wasnt being attended to or taken care of. If your loved one needs any of the services that Shelby Crossing offers, there is no need to look at any other facilities. Shelby Crossing is second to none!
