We have tried multiple times to talk to them about my grandmas care. They listed her as 'one on one' so NO other facility will accept her even though she is NOT one on one. Not even another Medilodge will accept her now. We contacted over 26 other facilities.I have waited 3 months to write this review and I absolutely HATE to write bad review. Look at my other 130+ reviews and you will find maybe 2 or 3 bad reviews. I would love for someone in upper management to contact us. Someone from corporate and not the Medilodge of Rogers City. It's just so unfortunate and this is the reason why everyone is so concerned with patient neglect. At this time I would NOT recommend putting any loved one at this facility. They seem to be all about the money.Just a note, I'm absolutely sure that there are some great nurses here and I have nothing but respect for them and I could not imagine doing there job. This is not an issue with the nurses but with management.

Worst rehabilitation place ever !! Do NOT send your loved ones here, they will just get placed in the common room all day & get bed sores from sitting all day because the nurses here do not work with them. Also they are VERY understaffed here & plenty of nurses have admitted so. Patients are always escaping & alarms are going off & it seems no nurses ever care. Also lets not forget out of all the people that work here no one is a real registered nurse they are all LPNs. Kelly is the CREEPIEST nurse ever & does not do his job. Once again do NOT send your loved ones here.

Do not ever put a loved one at this facility. If I could give a zero star for patient care I would. Our family has went to visit our loved one many times and every time we visit things get worse. The first time we arrived for a visit our loved one had feces all over her clothes which is sad because she gets assistance when using the restroom. Many times when we visit many of the patients are left sitting in their wheelchairs looking out the window and unattended. Our loved one has the early stages of dementia and can be challenging at times which I am sure can be frustrating for the nurses, however they decided to put our loved one in a chemical restraint where they over medicate her to control her and make her sleep so they do not have to deal with her. When you call to ask to speak to your loved one the staff is not friendly at all, especially Lori. Please, please, please think twice before you put anyone you care about at this facility. Especially if they cannot advocate for themselves. Lastly, our loved ones wedding ring was stolen at this facility. However, a ring is replaceable and loved ones are not. Corporate needs to take this review very seriously or it is just a matter of time until someone sues this facility.

Higher up treats staff like they don't matter. Karen and Jim are very rude, wrongfully firing everyone. It use to be a great place to work, live. It isn't the same..
