The community is beautiful and very home-like! Staff is very active in engaging with the residents. Staff also remains very enthusiastic in their roles. People from outside the community have even come in to utilize the amenities that StoryPoint has. Residents are active participants in activities and seem very happy in their homes. I would love to come back and visit again.

I love working for StoryPoint! I feel like I belong in this community; from the friendly residents to the caring staff, Storypoint-Rockford has the ability to make you feel at home even while youre working! I couldnt imagine a better place to be.

Blatant lies! Afraid for my moms safety. Food was horrible! Staff hollered at resident trying to protect herself. Watched a resident try to get in her room for over 20 minutes and couldnt find any staff to help. Found mom with breast hanging out of shirt.

Over the course of my career as a nurse I have rarely found a place like Story Point. The level of love and caring that happens on a daily basis here is truly astounding. Whether it is the gentile touch of a caregiver to a resident or the nurturing interactions of the staff with one another or just a smiling face to say hello how are you today? This place is truly special and one of a kind.
