John Hennessy
I fail to see what's amazing about the people that work here. I called to ask if my father was in this facility and was told 'Nope, there's no Hennessy here.' by an obvious large caucasian woman at the desk. The woman evidently thought I was inquiring about Hennessy brand cognac. I was deeply offended by her playfulness on the phone and if the past could have been different my father and I would have enjoyed each other's frequent company before his death. God forgive you.A word to the wise...Since your loved one's residency at Sunrise has anyone 'new' entered into your family's lives? A close friend, a confidant, seeing more of relatives? A Banker, Business person, or Lawyer? A Financial person that's 'too' helpfull?

The staff is untrained and Clueless. The administrator of the building is a condescending bully who should not be in charge of anybody.
