Interesting and quite frankly disappointing that Story Point continues to recruit and allow employees and the family members ( even underage children) of employees to pad the reviews so that it appears they are a 5 star company . They are not. Not even close, no matter how many false positive reviews they post. Shame on you, Story Point!

Can we get some unbiased, truthful reviews from residents and family members, instead of all these trumped up rah-rah reviews from current employees and said employees family members, who review because they want job security? Really skews the truth about this community and it's unfair to those who don't realize that the majority of these reviews are from employees. Storypoint employees.. STOP leaving false, 5-star reviews!!!!!

I must say that Chelsie, on the Housekeeping team, has been so kind to my Mom! Not only does she do a great job cleaning, but she goes above and beyond - like graciously helping find an earring that has fallen on the floor, or finding a phone that has fallen out of eyesight. The Dining Room manager, Laurie, has been kind to our family as well. She has accommodated our family in finding a spot for us to have a gathering. She is always quick with a smile, and will take a minute to visit. It is the employees of StoryPoint, that work day in and out, to make lives better for the residents. We are thankful for all that you do!
