Please please DO NOT let your loved one end up here!! This facility encourages and condones bad behavior that can happen when there is a POA in place. They allow restricted phone calls from loving friends and family! They will call a POA when a family member comes to visit, and allow threatening and intimidation towards that family member from the POA on their property. This is a scary place for your loved one if you want to be able to see and talk to them regardless of your relationship with the POA!

Im so proud of how far we have come. Thank you to everyone who has made our journey possible. If you or someone you know is looking for a faith based, family oriented Assistanted Living look no further. We have lots to offer and great staff to accompany your loved one. You become family when you place your loved on with us. Our names says it all, Welcome Home.

Kim & Brook Bowen are two of the most kind and compassionate people I have ever met. I am a public guardian and have had much experience with residential care for my elderly clients. I ALWAYS consider Welcome Home as my first option. Once an individual is placed at Welcome Home, they truly do become members of the Welcome Home Family! I would recommend Welcome Home Assisted Living without hesitation. I really appreciate Kim, Brook and their well-trained, friendly staff.

We moved our grandma/mom to Welcome Home at the beginning of November as her dementia progressed. The entire staff in her Love house is amazing with the care they provide to her. The compassion they have not only shown her, but us as well, helped ease the difficult decision to move her to assisted living. We love the different activities they do, home cooked meals together and the 'extra' events they plan. The Welcome Home name is so fitting as it does feel like home with staff and residents who have already become like extended family. Being able to visit and see her smile is a blessing!

I was there visiting today and the help was extremely sick. I could hear her puking in the other room and looking extremely pale. When I asked if she was okay she smiled and said yes but clearly was not. Where is the rest of the staff and why are they trying to get my grandma sicker then he already is!? Im not impressed and will be looking for another facility. Patients should first!
