The employees are wonderful (disregarding management whos unreasonably rude). My grandparents are residents, hardly anything works in their room, the lights have been broken for months. My daily routine as a Northport resident and local employee is a nice two hour read in the highlands. Accompanied with a visit to my grandparents then maybe use of the pool. I was KICKED OUT FOR NO GOOD REASON. So I cant read and visit my grandparents as its considered loitering. Terrible facility and awful management; as Im friends with the residents, they tell me the food is god awful.

Such a great, welcoming and caring staff. It's a beautiful facility and is very clean. I was very impressed with the care they provide. They have many features there. The place also seems like it's really close with the community. It's a very great place and I highly recommend it.
