It's hard to see many older folks feeling lost and lonely with out any family to visit. Staff is overworked and understaffed. They try to offer activities but reminding residents of theses events often are not announced. They allow service animals to visit. Special groups to help offer activities would be appreciated!

They killed my grandma. When a patient is on a blood pressure med and water pill you do NOT give them those meds when they are dehydrated and have diarrhea but call their damn doctor! Especially after 2 months of it happening and 4 trips to Merxy Health
