Primrose Retirement Community of Midland

My mom moved into her apartment at Primrose in Midland a week ago and is enjoying her new apartment and the staff has been wonderful. The facility is beautiful and everyone is very caring and attentive to her needs. Thank you all for your professionalism and your attention to making mom feel at home:)

We are very pleased with Primrose of Midland. It's new, clean, organized, and the staff is terrific. The staff listens and I believe does try to accommodate specific needs. The van is extremely helpful for transportation needs. We appreciate the assistance they offer families to care for our loved ones.

We moved my father into Memory Care the first week they opened. He absolutely loves the community. His health, happiness and most importantly mental status have all improved. The Front office staff(Jane and Crystalee) are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They were all of great assistance as we moved him in. The medical staff(Kaitlyn) are top notch and do a great job. The daily staff are also fantastic and they are so attentive, caring and engaging. They have my father doing things and participating in ways he never has before. He speaks so highly of the staff and his favorite(Pam), I don't think he would be or could be any happier any place else. I would HIGHLY recommend Primrose of Midland to anyone. If I could could give more stars I would.

Primrose of Midland is amazing. From the outside the community and buildings are wonderful. But when you step inside its truly amazing. All the amenities and various rooms and activities. The apartments are beautiful and you have a number of different ones to choose from. We researched numerous facilities for my in-laws in mid-michigan over a 6 month period. Primrose was by far the best and we even waited for them to open.Now that my father in-law has moved in, he and we could not be more satisfied. His health and happiness are number one and both are a priority with the staff. Pam the life enrichment coordinator has been a big part of that. My father in-law speaks so highly of ALL who work there.Now as for the admin staff, fantastic! It's very stressful moving parents, but every time an issue came up, the staff, Jane, Crystalee and Kaitlyn were there to help in every way. Our favorite saying from them when something came up, 'this is what we do'. The issue was resolved and our stress went away.You must visit Primrose and meet the staff to fully understand how nice it really is and all they have to offer. When you walk in, its like walking into a vacation resort.
