As a social worker, I know that I can always trust Nottingham to provide excellent service and the highest possible quality of care. They are easy to communicate with, and help navigate systems which may be unfamiliar to client populations!

I cant say enough about this facility. My parents have been residents for over a year now and my family has nothing but wonderful things to say about the operations and staff at Nottingham. I love the fact that it is small enough (20 beds, each private room) to give a more family feel environment. I love the fact that because of being a smaller facility, we know all the residents and their families and have created friendships with them and staff which has grown beyond the walls of the building. I also have been so grateful to the staff for their watchful eye on my dad especially because of his health issues that has him needing intervention at the local hospital at times. Their watchful eye is immeasurably keen. Because it is a smaller scale facility, the staff knows the residents so well and are very aware when something seems out of sorts and reacts to intervene if necessary. On the personal side of being a resident, my folks are so well cared for. My mom is beautifully groomed and dressed everyday, including her jewelry she wears. The staff comes down the hallway with warm cookies out the oven quite often, much to the liking of many. My father who has been hospitalised because of his illnesses has been uplifted each time due to the staff taking their personal time to come visit him. So many positive things they have done and do, comes from the heart. I always tell them I want to get on a list now for my husband and I so I will have a spot saved for when I need it. Thank you Shontell, Claire and everyone else for being part of our family.
