THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE THEY CHARGE THE TENANTS FOR EVERYTHING STUCK IN THE 60S DECOR. AND BED BUG INFESTATION GLAD MY SISTER MOVED UP OUT OF THIS PLACE

Unbelievable. In retrospect, so glad my plans didn't materialize. Thought this place was great.... Really great, but I was shown what the management it's truly like. I'm still in disbelief.

Coogan Terrace is well maintained. It is conveniently located in downtown Melvindale. For friends and family coming to visit it is easy to find and get to from I-275 and other major roadways. The staff here is well versed in their work and strive to give they best they have to the residents. There are a variety of activities for residents to participate in - not only on the site itself but in Melvindale. The Melvindale Public Library is very close by and for those not able to make the trip regularly there are services provided. The place is kept neat and clean. The lobby has a modern look reminiscent of an arboretum and is an attractive sun room.There is a courtyard in the back and property is bordered by the local school's athletic field as well as an attractive border of trees in a treeline along the rear of the property.
