A beautifully built facility very poorly managed. We tried, we really did for 5 long years but finally had to give up believing in the story of a loving caring atmosphere for our Mother. It simply consistently never happened. We blame it mostly on your management philosophy and corporate culture. We might be old school but in our experience your word is your bond. To be told over and over again that situations were going to be corrected that werent, to experience weekend staff shortages consistently that were seldom covered by management or any other emergency plan, to have our mother in conditions that surely would be considered neglect is unforgivable. We moved this week...the desire was mutual. You were our first choice and our greatest nitemare. We now see that there is a vast difference in the way things are handled at facilities that really do mean what they say and really do care.
