Bad smells, care was hit and miss. Understaffed.

When I first visited our loved one I was taken aback at how dirty, smelly and dark and depressing her room was. The food was cold and it took too long for staff to answer her call button. The last straw was how they were totally confused about taking her to her follow up doctor appointment and as a result it had to be rescheduled. If this is a result of understaffing I suggest you dont accept more clients than you can handle.

This place is the worst!!! Family member went to this place after a hip surgery and was mistreated not bathed for days not dressed or even offered to get dress served cold food and when dropped on the toilet days after surgery and was in obvious pain had to ask for pain medication and then that took hours! It was like they thought she was there to die!! Would not recommend this place to my worst enemies!!!
