Worked for a short time here as a cna. The CNAs that have been here for a while I will applaud as they work extremely hard and are actually over worked. However, there is no team work in this facility and the nurses are beyond rude to new CNAs. This made me very uncomfortable. I was given the hardest sections that no other CNAs wanted and of course was left with little assistant. Nurses rolled their eyes at me and Ive overheard them speaking to other CNAs in a way that was so belittling and demaeaning. The turn over rate here is extremely high for CNAs and if people really knew what was going on they would know why. Work load is beyond crucial and the treatment of staff is simply poor. I would not recommend any CNA to come and work here! I had been warned about this facility before I began working however I didnt listen and learned the hard way. Id stay clear away from this place!
