The staff is lazy. Cleanliness is marginal. Residents are ignored. Please dont let anyone you love go to CBM. Mom lost 9 lbs in a month because no one cared enough to see that she got to the dining room, they left her sleeping all day. Building stinks of urine. They deserve negative stars.

Absolutely terrible place to leave your loved one. No activities the residents are put in a room and left to die. You will be lucky if they get bathed or fed.

A person really needs to view the place at night. 3rd shift is very questionable.
