The tour of the mine was fantastic. We also did the tour of the smelting operation and found that to be a good compliment to the story. Such an incredible blend of human stories, geology and economics. Highly recommend to understand the local area and better appreciate the power of place.

Pretty cool place. Learn some history about the industry and hardships the workers went through. Travel to the mine to see what it was like. I would have liked to go deeper into the mine though. Tom, my guide, was eager to answer questions.
