Best employees ever they take very good care of of the clients

Came to visit an old friend who became forgetful. We found her well cared for and as happy as you can be in her condition. The place was clean, spacious and well staffed. If ever I get old, I would want to come to a place like this.

Verlinda the previous manager of the Brook in Grayling took excellent care of my parents. When she went elsewhere The Brook hired a new manager. Care went down hill rapidly. Finally my mother asked for assistance at 10 am. That noon she called my brother. Mom was within 200 feet of the dining room. NO one helped her in a terrible situation. There has been a large amount of turn over since the new manager came in. There is one employee remaining who really does her job . Lacey. That afternoon my mother was moved to a facility that cares. I wish we could take Lacey with us. We have contacted corporate HQ. Until things change this place is to be avoided.
