Vista Springs Northview is a great place for Assisted Living and Memory Care. The management team is always making improvements and is available for questions. When I'm there everyone seems very happy. The relationships that have grown between the community members is nice to see. I can't say I have ever seen it not clean. Staff are all very helpful and truly care. Highly recommend this facility.

Vista Spring Northview is a beautiful place nestled quietly off of Plainfield. The staff care deeply for their residents and the Directors care for their employees. I enjoy my job and love coming to work everyday

Vista Springs is an amazing place to work. Everyone works to make sure the community members receive the best care possible and truly care about the well being of the community members. Management is very compassionate and always works to exceed the expectations of families.

This is the worst place!!Management doesn't care about any of the residents, they are the fakest people I've ever conversed with. I am sad for everyone who lives in this facility. I would never work for this company! They need ALL new management and all new coordinators!!
