If you are looking to place a loved one in a care facility, call Crossroads. They are super helpful plus have checked in with me over the course of about 2 years. We placed my husband & now need to move him. They have helped find more specific places for our situation. Also they are helpful with the Medicaid Waiver program etc.

Sandra at Crossroads went way above and beyond in assisting my husband and I with the help and sudden need to find care for not one but two parents. Sandra was in constant contact with me over a two plus month duration as we went through some trying times with a parent and step parent that both needed to be placed in assisted living/memory care. We knew nothing on this whole process and it was such a blessing to have the help of Crossroads Eldercare. I am so thankful that we reached out to them.

Sandra helped me find an independent living place for my parents who relocated here from Arizona. I wasn't familiar with any of the facilities in the Grand Rapids, area, and my parents are quite particular. It was quite the challenging situation, and she was patient, knowledgeable, extremely helpful but not pushy, and walked each step of the way with me till they were moved in and followed up to make sure they are adjusting well. I can't recommend Sandra and Crossroads highly enough!
